Law says being ignorant of law or doing errors without knowing consequences cannot make you innocent. But common sense says forgive the wrong doer. These are classic debates. There are so many laws prevailing about the use of software, media and other things which common man rarely could understand the implications. Only when the rod about strike we feel the pain. This could be a classic case about peer to peer networks. My sympathy is with the woman.
